Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved.
Rockport meets in various homes during the week for the purpose of growing in intimacy through fellowship, prayer and the study of the Word. We call these meetings “C-Groups” (which is short for “Community-Groups”). The goal of these small group meetings is to provide a place where we can come together for mutual encouragement and support centered on Christ in His word. Our groups include people of all ages, including children and youth. A typical group meeting begins with a time of casual fellowship (often with a shared meal or light snack), after which we worship together and encourage one another before we share in a time of Bible study and prayer.
It is in the C-Groups that we are able to really get to know each other and begin to care for one another’s needs in Christ. Our goal is to see all our members and regular attenders get the benefit of these times of intimate fellowship, teaching and prayer. We would love to have you come join us.
Currently we have groups meeting on the following evenings. (Please contact the church by phone or email if you would like specific information about a particular group).
